Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. is seeking a Navy Qualified Validator to support the PEO (SUB) program office and oversee RMF A&A activities for Undersea systems. The validator will provide IA/RMF expertise to government PMs, assess security controls, and certify residual risk to operate.

Requirements include a STEM degree, 7+ years in DoD/IT systems, strong leadership and communication skills, and an active SECRET clearance. Preference for NQV certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or relevant field (technical or managerial).
• 7+ years of relevant DoD and IT systems experience.
• Active SECRET DoD clearance; Navy Validator certification (NQV) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Navy Undersea Weapon System SME input to NAVSEA PEOs and managers.
• Oversee and assess RMF A&A processes and certify residual risk.
• Conduct independent assessment of controls and validate system implementation.
• Support program managers in evaluating cybersecurity docs from prime integrators.
