Job summary

Arlo Solutions LLC in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Fully Qualified Navy Validator III to provide RMF package validation and assessment services for Navy PIT systems and afloat platforms. The role is a senior cybersecurity validator supporting NSWCPD and requires active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include RMF package validation, SAP and SAR work, on-site testing, and formal reporting to program managers. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active U.S. Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Five years in Information Assurance/IAT management and RMF certification processes.
• Current Navy Qualified Validator Level III certification.

Responsibilities

• Register and maintain Navy Validator listing and act as validator for RMF packages.
• Prepare SAPs, submit for SCA approval, and conduct on-site validation testing.
• Develop SARs and RARs, briefing Program Managers on findings.
• Ensure validation artifacts meet NAVSEA and DoD standards.
• Coordinate RMF activities with government personnel and system owners.
