Job summary

Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to link Navy system acquisition and technical needs to executable training for the Fleet. The role requires recent Navy training requirements experience and the ability to coordinate with NAVWAR, NETC, and training commands.

This contingent position depends on contract award and will proceed once awarded. The selected candidate will contribute to ISD-based training materials and Navy curriculum sustainment per NAVEDTRA 130 series guidelines.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant professional experience in training, learning and performance, MPT, instructional systems, Navy acquisition, or related activities.
• Experience developing and supporting formal training documentation such as FEAs, TRPs, NTSPs, and TSPs.
• Ability to translate system requirements into effective training solutions and coordinate with Navy offices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FEAs and training estimates addressing manpower, training, and acquisition requirements for Navy programs.
• Develop and support artifacts such as JTA, TSA, TSRA, MTRP, and TEEP per Navy guidance.
• Draft and coordinate program training documentation including TRP, NTSP, and TSP.
• Coordinate with NETC learning centers and Fleet stakeholders to facilitate training transitions.
