Job summary

Bowhead is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support the AIR PMO at NAS Patuxent River, MD. Responsibilities include financial analysis, budgeting, and program support using NERP, DAI, CSPT, CERBERUS and PBIS.

The role requires DoD FM Level 2/3 or equivalent experience, and DAWIA BF M certification is preferred. Strong data management and briefing preparation skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• MS/MA with over ten years of financial analysis and execution experience.
• DoD FM Level 2 or 3 preferred.
• DAWIA Advanced or Practitioner Certified (BFM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CSPT and CERBERUS for adherence to PMO, PAE, NAVSEA and MCCOM rules; coordinate updates as required.
• Track and assist in answering financial drills and RFIs from PAE, SYSCOMs, sponsors and stakeholders.
• Use PBIS to assist in answering RFIs and tracking financial controls.
• Prepare briefs including Congressional and MIP briefs; deliver monthly MIP reports.
• Maintain and consolidate databases of budgetary status information from NERP/DAI/CSPT/CERBERUS/PBIS.
