Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Non-Propulsion Electronics Senior Navy Project Lead to guide a multidisciplinary team in the design, development, integration, testing, and delivery of payload systems for Virginia-Class and Columbia-Class programs.

You will oversee systems integration, risk management, and certification activities while coordinating with government, industry, and shipbuilding partners. The role requires a DoW Secret clearance, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years supporting U.S. Navy acquisition programs or related defense programs.
• Proven leadership in systems integration, testing, and certification activities.
• Ability to obtain a DoW Secret clearance and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate timely completion of program assignments aligning with objectives.
• Serve as Systems Integration and Test Lead overseeing risk, production, QA, and test activities.
• Develop processes to monitor program risks, performance, and progress.
• Identify and resolve conflicts across design, development, production and delivery.
• Travel up to 25% as required to support program needs.
• Collaborate with government, industry partners, and shipbuilders to resolve issues.
