Job summary

Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst: Training Technical Assessments SME to walk into a Navy training site, understand the operational C4I system and its Fleet configuration, assess training equipment and technical data, and document credible recommendations for Government and program-office stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have NAVWAR experience, Navy C4I expertise, and a background in training assessments (TTAs, SETRs, NTSP/TEEP).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in systems analysis, Navy C4I systems, or related technical activities.
• Active Secret clearance required; U.S. citizenship.
• Experience conducting Navy training assessments and related reviews (TTAs, SETRs, NTSP, TEEP).
• Ability to assess training equipment, devices, and data for accuracy and alignment with Fleet configurations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME for Navy C4I systems, including communications, network, and data-link equipment.
• Conduct Technical Training Assessments to verify currency and suitability of training materials and devices.
• Develop SOPs, templates, and checklists for Training Assessments and reviews.
• Identify MPT impacts and advise on corrective actions; prepare Training Assessment reports.
• Assist NAVWAR SETRs and coordinate with Government stakeholders.
