Job summary

Intelligence Careers is seeking a Senior Budget Analyst to manage the full spectrum of budgeting activities for the Capabilities Management Office, including PPBES processes, funding execution, and financial management.

This GG-14 position requires expert knowledge of DoD budgeting, fiscal law, and related systems (ABSS, GAFS/BQ, DTS, WAWF), with the ability to advise the Chief of Budget Execution on financial matters.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Federal budget process and PPBES is required.
• Experience with budget execution and financial management at senior level.
• Ability to analyze and advise on financial matters pertaining to the budget.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior budget analyst and advisor to the Chief of Budget Execution on financial matters pertaining to budget execution and financial management.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of DoD budgeting processes and related fiscal laws.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate budgetary processes across multi-year/multi-appropriation programs.
