Prevailance, Inc. is seeking an experienced Navy Antiterrorism Exercise Planner - Specialist to support United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC).

The role involves planning, executing, and assessing antiterrorism exercises and providing senior leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve force protection readiness across the Fleet. The ideal candidate has Navy Force Protection experience, strong exercise design and coordination skills, and a background briefing high-level staff (O-6 and

Qualifications

• 10-16 years' experience in military operational environments.
• 3-6 years in leadership positions (dept head, SECO, Provost Marshal).
• 2-4 years in advisory, training, or evaluative roles.
• 2-4 years briefing O-6 level and above leadership, including Flag level staffs.
• Experience with Navy antiterrorism, physical security, and law enforcement processes.
• Experience presenting briefs and coordinating planning meetings with government/military personnel.
• Knowledge of TACON and Force Protection processes; familiarity with NMETs/NTAs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and assess Navy antiterrorism exercises for USFFC.
• Develop and improve exercise data capture documents to support objectives.
• Brief findings and recommendations to senior leaders (O-6+).
• Coordinate inter-agency and joint services for exercise design and execution.
• Support multi-year exercise programs with data analysis and DOTMLPF-P input.
