Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to provide support for the following areas:
- Execution of Navy Expeditionary Warfighting Development Center (NEXWDC) phase training, including instruction to set up and operate an effective Tactical Operations Center (TOC) and support the Navy Planning Process for Battle Watch Captains, Staff Officers, Operational Planning Team (OPT) Leaders, and unit Commanders.
- Navy Expeditionary Staff performance evaluation in integrated/advanced training events; exercise development and planning in support of Fleet and training/assessment exercises.
- Expeditionary Warfare (EXW), Irregular Warfare (IW), Construction (CON), and Anti‑Terrorism/Force Protection (ATFP) tactics analysis, review and standardization.
- Navy Expeditionary concepts review and proof of concept in fleet exercises.
- Mission area effectiveness assessments, gap identification and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Provide various types of management and technical support to a wide range of projects including training and readiness assessments.
- Support design, development, refinement, and execution of training exercise scenarios to train and assess NECC unit(s) ability to execute combat missions in a MCO environment.
- Participate in NECC Integrated Exercise (NIEX), FST exercise, and other Fleet exercises – including synthetic or live participation – working with forward deployed forces.
- Qualify and instruct in the Battle Watch Captain, Staff Officer, OPT Leader, and Commander courses of instruction; support the mobile training team version (Expeditionary Staff Training) for forces on the road.
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years US military active service, including combat and operational staff experience.
- Three years of experience in military training and education focused on senior enlisted personnel, junior officers, and senior officers or equivalent.
- Participation in deployment and/or employment of NECC‑type forces or equivalent type forces.
- Familiarity with NECC‑type unit warfare missions, functions, and capabilities, and NECC unit‑type Navy Mission Essential Tasks.
- Recent (within the last five years) and relevant Navy training systems, processes, and instruction.
- Understanding of exercise scenario development and supporting materials/documents that enable integration with overall exercise objectives.
- Recent (within the last five years) and relevant Navy live, virtual, constructive, and simulation training development and execution experience at the tactical and operational levels.

Security Clearance
