Job summary

International Executive Service Corps seeks a talented Systems Engineer to support DoD Navy programs from our Washington, DC area offices. You will work with government stakeholders, shipyards, naval architects, and multidisciplinary teams on HM&E and C4I systems integration and analyses.

The role emphasizes requirements development, system integration, and configuration management to advance ship modernization and readiness. A SECRET clearance is required or achievable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Naval Architecture, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with DoD, Navy, or federal programs is required.
• 7+ years in DoD/Navy/federal programs; familiarity with US Navy systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support across design, integration, modernization, and delivery of Navy platforms and shipboard systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HM&E and C4I systems and mission equipment.
• Conduct requirements analysis, interface management, and configuration management activities.
• Develop and review engineering documentation, technical reports, and system specifications.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, shipyards, and technical teams.
