Job summary

International Executive Service Corps in Washington, DC seeks an Auxiliary Systems Engineer to support the PMS 300 Program Office on Navy surface vessel projects. You will collaborate with government stakeholders, naval architects, and shipyards to advance HM&E and deck systems.

The role focuses on design, integration, and modernization of auxiliary systems including HVAC, propulsion, electrical, cooling, potable water, wastewater, and deck systems, with opportunities to contribute to lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Experience with auxiliary systems integration.
  • Knowledge of systems engineering principles, requirements management, and technical documentation development.
  • Experience supporting NAVSEA programs and/or shipyards.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

  • Support design, integration, construction, modernization, and delivery of critical shipboard auxiliary systems for U.S. Navy surface vessels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HM&E and C4I systems and mission equipment.
  • Analyze operational requirements and develop technical solutions for mission needs.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, program offices, shipyards, and technical teams.
  • Participate in design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and system assessments.
