Job summary

TDI Technologies, Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Program Manager to provide leadership for the PMS 339 contract, overseeing 100+ training projects under STAVE and RRL to ensure the competency of U.S. Navy Sailors.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, cost/schedule/performance management, coordination with NAVSEA and senior Navy leadership, and compliance with FAR and DoD regulations. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of program and financial support experience.
• 5+ years of Navy Training Systems experience.
• Experience with Surface Training Acquisition for the DoD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level program management support to PMS 339 with strategic planning and analysis.
• Lead and supervise TDI technical staff across multiple locations.
• Coordinate requirements analysis, trainer development, and cost estimate development.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and project briefs.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DoD, and Navy regulations throughout the contract lifecycle.
