Job summary

Maximum Technology is seeking Systems Engineers to support our customer’s Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities Team in important Naval Radar programs. The role involves developing test plans, integrating hardware and software into tactical systems, and traveling up to 10% to various locations in support of mission execution.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with radar/RF systems, and the ability to obtain US government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with systems hardware, integration, or testing.
• Ability to obtain security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans in simulated and real environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues via data analysis.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems.
• Collaborate to drive performance improvements.
• Prepare integration documentation and communicate results to leadership.
• Travel up to 10% to RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations.
