Qualifications

• Experience with naval maintenance roles such as PMT OIC, IMF LPO, or Division Officer.
• DoD Secret clearance at hire with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Ability to read ship drawings and understand shipboard industrial work.
• Experience managing shipboard projects and coordinating testing.
• Willingness to travel 20-50% as mission dictates.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute and manage shipboard projects.
• Lead development planning documents for test execution.
• Define supporting systems to meet performance requirements.
• Ensure deliverables meet government contracting cost and schedule.
• Develop PM plans and project guidelines per contract and company policy.
• Prepare monthly progress reports.
