Qualifications

• 15 years' professional experience in program management or business development.
• 10 years' leadership experience within U.S. Navy programs.
• 3 years' staff management experience.
• Prior NAVSEA/NSWC contract management and business development experience.
• Established client and industry relationships within NAVSEA/NSWC.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership delivering U.S. Navy missions and contracts.
• Manage program quality, scope, and cost to ensure successful delivery.
• Align execution with Noblis vision and pursue future opportunities.
• Lead business development and capture management in NAVSEA/NSWC markets.
• Build relationships with Navy stakeholders and industry partners.
• Participate in proposals, solutioning, and reviews.
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes and resolve issues.
