Job summary

Noblis MSD seeks experienced Program/Project Managers to lead and coordinate engineering, logistics, and sustainment activities for Navy tactical networks in San Diego, CA. You will oversee cross-functional teams delivering lifecycle support while aligning with NIWC Pacific priorities and fleet needs.

Qualifications include a technical/managerial BS and 10+ years PM experience or a MS/MA/MBA with 7+ years PM experience; active DoD clearance is preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in any technical or managerial discipline.
• Experience leading DoD engineering or sustainment programs.
• Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall program definition, organization, and long-range planning for Navy tactical networks.
• Guide technical approaches for sustainment and modernization of ADNS, CANES, CENTRIXS-M, CaaS, ISNS, SCI Networks, ACS, SDN, TNGN.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and costs; provide monthly progress reports.
