Job summary

Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead naval engineering, sustainment, and acquisition programs in Philadelphia. You will direct cross-functional teams, oversee shipboard design, testing, and installations, and coordinate with NAVSEA and NSWCPD to drive timely, cost-effective outcomes.

The role requires a Secret Clearance and a minimum of ten years in program/project management, with strong experience in engineering oversight and Navy ERP

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
• Minimum of ten years of program/project management experience.
• Experience in engineering oversight and naval systems.
• Experience with Navy ERP systems and financial planning.
• Knowledge of risk management, scheduling and project control.
• Experience with HM&E shipboard design and modifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams supporting Navy sustainment and acquisition programs.
• Oversee engineering design, testing, and shipboard installations.
• Manage financial planning and ERP integration.
• Coordinate risk mitigation and project scheduling.
