Job summary

Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a DoD Project Manager to oversee engineering and operations support for Navy and DoD programs. You will manage projects, coordinate budgets and risk, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining contract compliance.

Required are a Secret Clearance and 5+ years in program/project management, engineering/financial management, and risk planning, plus 3+ years supporting DoD or Navy programs. Philadelphia, PA-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in program/project management, engineering and financial management, risk management, scheduling and planning, and task progress oversight.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting DoD or U.S. Navy programs or operations.
