Job summary

Phoenix Group of Virginia (PGV) is seeking a Senior Facilities & Infrastructure Analyst to support Navy QoS initiatives in the Newport News/Hampton Roads region. The analyst will provide senior‑level planning, analysis, and project coordination across Navy program offices, SUPSHIP Newport News, NAVSEA, shipyards, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting facilities, infrastructure, engineering, construction, shipbuilding, ship repair, maritime operations or similar complex projects.
• Ability to plan and execute projects involving multiple organizations and competing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior government and industry stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level planning, analysis, and project support for Navy QoS facilities, infrastructure, and waterfront initiatives.
• Assess existing and proposed facilities to identify operational requirements, capacity limits, and deficiencies.
• Coordinate planning and execution of projects across Navy program offices, SUPSHIP Newport News, NAVSEA, shipyards and industry partners.
• Develop executive‑level briefings, correspondence, and supporting materials for senior leaders.
• Perform site visits and on‑site assessments to inform feasible solutions.
• Support additional strategic QoS and aircraft‑carrier initiatives as requirements evolve.
