Job summary

Precise Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Infrastructure Analyst in Washington, DC, to lead shore infrastructure transitions for Columbia-class SSBN readiness.

You will coordinate with NAVFAC, CNIC, TRFs, and regional commands to ensure facilities, dry docks, piers, and utilities are aligned with program milestones and funding streams. The role demands a Navy background, extensive defense infrastructure experience, and strong communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Engineering, Operations Research, or a related technical field.
• Ten+ years of experience in engineering, science management, operational facility planning, or major defense infrastructure/acquisition programs.
• Significant background supporting U.S. Navy submarine programs, naval installations, or fleet support activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shore infrastructure, facility modification, and TRF readiness initiatives.
• Draft, review, and manage transition agreements between PMS 397, PMS 396, NAVFAC, CNIC, and TRFs.
• Audit, track, and verify industrial equipment, dry docks, piers, and facilities are mission-ready.
• Align Program Objective Memorandum (POM) requirements with MILCON and facility sustainment funding.
• Evaluate historical infrastructure data to identify actionable insights and mitigate risks.
• Interface with NAVSEA, NAVFAC, CNIC, TYCOMs, Regional Commands, and TRF leadership.
