Job summary

Innovative-Reasoning is seeking a systems engineering professional to provide on-site support for USMC/Navy C4I assets at Quantico, VA. The role focuses on C4ISR systems analysis, integration planning, and requirement development to enable interoperability aboard amphibious vessels.

The candidate will work with acquisition professionals, prepare briefs, and coordinate with DoD and Joint stakeholders to sustain and improve naval IT networks and mission systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field, or 12+ years relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Navy/Marine Corps tactical networks, afloat networks design, development, and installation.
• Experience with Cisco routing & switching and Microsoft Server/AD/DNS environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system data exchanges and develop requirements for USMC C4I systems and networks.
• Represent USMC interests with Navy/DoD stakeholders to inform policy and fielding plans.
• Draft and present reports, briefings, and business cases as required.
