Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to provide on-site C4I systems engineering and technical assistance for USMC/Navy assets aboard amphibious ships and auxiliary platforms at Quantico, VA.

The role requires extensive knowledge of naval networks, system integration, and lifecycle sustainment, with travel to support MEU/Afloat MAGTF deployments. A DoD clearance and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or related field; 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of naval network systems engineering, analysis, and design.
• Ability to work with acquisition professionals and operational forces to develop system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of system data exchanges and develop documentation on C4ISR requirements.
• Represent USMC/Navy stakeholders to inform policy, fielding plans, and resourcing decisions.
• Develop integrated amphibious C4I architectures for MAGTF deployments and ensure interoperability.
