Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; 12 years if no degree.
• Advanced knowledge of systems engineering, analysis, and design.
• Solid knowledge of Marine Corps and Navy structures.
• Ability to work with acquisition professionals and operational forces.

Responsibilities

• Analyze C4ISR system data exchanges and develop system requirements.
• Represent USMC interests with DoD, Joint, and Navy stakeholders.
• Draft reports and briefings per DoD/Marine Corp style guides.
• Coordinate for C5I integration of manned/unmanned aircraft on Naval ships.
• Support networking projects, including architecture and testing.
• Provide IT services for Naval networks and CANES/ISNS issues.
