Job summary

Innovative-Reasoning is seeking a senior C4ISR analyst to support U.S. Marine Corps and Navy C2/C4I systems. You will work on amphibious integration, develop system requirements, and interact with DoD and Joint stakeholders from HQ MC/DC&I in Quantico, VA.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Information Systems or equivalent experience (12 yrs). Travel may be required; active security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or 12 years of relevant experience required for senior analyst roles.
• Advanced knowledge of systems engineering, analysis, and design.
• Solid knowledge of Marine Corps and Navy structures and functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze C4ISR data exchanges and develop system requirements.
• Represent USMC with DoD and Joint stakeholders on C4ISR policy.
• Draft and present reports, briefings, and business analyses.
• Coordinate subsystem design and integration for Navy/Marine systems.
• Support network architecture analysis and C2 systems integration.
