Greenfield Engineering a Saalex Company in Lexington Park, MD is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst to provide strategic acquisition, requirements, and financial management support to Naval Aviation programs. The selected candidate will guide IPTs in planning, budgeting, requirements management, acquisition execution, and program oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 10+ years of DoD acquisition/program management experience
• Active Secret clearance with Yankee White eligibility
• Strong PPBE budgeting, planning, and execution knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and requirements planning across IPTs
• Provide strategic planning, budget formulation, FYDP analysis
• Manage requirements, funding gaps, schedule impacts, and risks with mitigations
• Develop and maintain spend plans and funding status
• Prepare funding requests, de-obligations, and extensions
• Review budget exhibits, POM submissions, and financial impact statements
• Coordinate planning across IPTs and stakeholders
• Develop executive briefings, reports, and metrics
• Mentor junior analysts
