Precise Systems seeks an Acoustic Engineer to support the Acoustics Systems Integration Team for the VIRGINIA Class Submarine program in Washington, DC. The role requires over seven years of experience in acoustics engineering and a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field. Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of professional experience in acoustics engineering discipline.
• Able to review technical submittals and navigate complex technical issues.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support PMS450 evaluation of proposed designs and arrangements.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of ship specifications for compliance.
• Act as liaison with NAVSEA Technical Warrant Holders and other teams.
