Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer (Native) to own the architecture and ongoing development of our iOS and Android apps. You will manage app store releases, improve delivery pipelines, and implement features tightly integrated with backend APIs and real-time data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building native mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Fluency with Swift and Kotlin.
• Proven track record shipping to Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Experience through full mobile dev lifecycle: build, sign, test, submit, release.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, API integration, auth and performance.
• Experience integrating streaming APIs, real-time data, or conversational interfaces.
• Knowledge of mobile CI/CD, automated testing, crash reporting, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own native mobile development: lead architecture, development, and maintenance of iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).
• Manage App Store submissions, approvals, releases, and troubleshooting.
• Build and improve mobile delivery: CI/CD pipelines, tests, signing, crash monitoring, deployment.
• Develop and optimize features with backend APIs, including real-time data and authentication.
