Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Principal National Support Engineer II to provide senior technical leadership across the TAC, development, and related teams. You will own critical incidents and serve as SME for key product areas.

This role requires deep expertise in medical imaging software, 24/7 on-call support, mentoring, and collaboration with international partners to resolve complex issues and drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred with 6+ years in Medical IT/imaging or a Bachelor’s with 8+ years in related fields
• Industry certifications in security, virtualization, cloud, and networking are desirable
• 10+ years of progressive experience as a technical, systems, software, or QA engineer in Medical IT/imaging

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident resolution end-to-end for critical customer cases
• Act as SME for product areas, guiding peers and junior engineers
• Provide 24/7 down-site support and on-call rotation as needed
• Coordinate with TAC, development, and international partners to resolve complex issues
