Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred with 6 years industry experience or Bachelor's degree with 8 years industry experience or comparable work experience of 10+ years.
- Security, Cisco, Oracle, Microsoft and AWS certifications are required or strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience as a Technical, Systems, Software or Quality Assurance Engineer in Medical IT and/or Imaging products.
Responsibilities
- Lead major incident resolution efforts end-to-end for critical customer cases.
- Act as a designated SME for specific product areas, guiding peers and junior engineers.
- Mentor and train TAC, Upgrade and Project Engineer teams on advanced technical topics.
