Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert to provide mission-critical support to the FBI’s National Security Branch. This high-impact role bridges national security policy with technical implementation, supporting FISA and NSL systems to keep national security tools compliant and efficient.

The candidate will lead requirements, design, and deployment strategies, engage with DOJ and FBI stakeholders, and deliver executive briefings while ensuring operational continuity across

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• 15+ years in U.S. National Security, intelligence, defense or law enforcement.
• 10+ years with U.S. National Security systems.
• 8+ years with IC mission sets, FISA policy and case management.
• 8+ years leading complex projects of varying scope and complexity.
• 10+ years of written and oral briefing experience for varied staff.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle of national security systems development (FISA, NSL, NDRR).
• Lead requirements gathering, system design, data conversion, deployment.
• Develop schedules, resource plans, progress tracking using MS Project.
• Produce business/functional documentation including CONOPS and user stories.
• Prepare executive briefs and technical reports for status and resourcing.
