Job summary

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a Technical Expert SME to join our team in Washington, DC. The role focuses on providing subject matter expertise for FBI National Security programs, including policy, user requirements, and system design across multiple initiatives.

Qualified candidates will bring extensive experience in national security domains, strong communication with diverse stakeholders, and a proven ability to translate complex topics into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI/CI Poly eligibility.
• 15+ years in U.S. National Security, intelligence, defense, or law enforcement.
• Experience with FBI NSB systems and policy.
• Ability to translate complex subject matter for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide FBI NSB SME for counterintelligence and policy.
• Lead system design, data conversion, training, and deployment.
• Develop customer experience plans including training and feedback reporting.
• Produce documentation such as user stories, use cases, SOPs, and operation concepts.
• Coordinate software delivery across divisions using MS Project.
• Prepare technical/policy reports and briefings.
• Identify performance gaps and lessons learned.
• Brief executive-level audiences.
• Analyze new or proposed national security legislation and impact.
