Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Senior Program Manager in the Arlington area to lead contract support for administrative and operational functions supporting a federal law enforcement customer.

You will act as the Contractor's primary point of contact, providing strategic oversight of contract execution, personnel management, logistics, and program performance across government interfaces. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 20+ years of professional experience, including 15+ years in law enforcement personnel or operations.
• Experience leading large federal programs and interfacing with government leadership (CO/COR).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract oversight for administrative and operational functions.
• Serve as primary liaison with Government stakeholders and CO/COR.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and staff support.
• Manage property, finances, reporting, and contract modifications.
• Ensure contract performance aligns with mission requirements.
