Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the contract support for administrative and operational functions for a federal law enforcement customer. You will act as the primary interface with Government leadership and oversee program performance, staffing, and logistics in a high-visibility role.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and 20+ years of professional experience, including 15+ years in law enforcement operations.

Qualifications

Requires an ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree is required.
20+ years of professional experience with 15+ years in law enforcement operations or personnel management.

Responsibilities

Lead contract support for administrative and operational functions for a federal law enforcement customer.
Serve as primary point of contact and provide strategic oversight of contract execution, staffing, logistics, and program performance.
Coordinate with Government stakeholders (CO, COR, agency leadership) to meet mission requirements and deliver contractual obligations.
Oversee Government-furnished property, financial actions, invoicing, and timely delivery of reports and deliverables.
