We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the overall contract support for administrative and operational functions supporting a federal law enforcement customer. In this highly visible leadership role, you will serve as the Contractor's primary Point of Contact and provide strategic oversight of contract execution, personnel management, implementation activities, logistics, financial management, and program performance. You will work directly with Government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and agency leadership to ensure mission requirements are supported effectively and all contractual obligations are fulfilled. The Senior Program Manager will oversee day-to-day contract operations, facilitate communication and coordination between Government and Contractor personnel, and ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and support of contract staff. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, relationship management, operational planning, and program execution skills within a complex law enforcement environment.
