Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking an Account Director to own a Maryland government customer, embedding in the US National Security team. You will manage the complete relationship, drive pipeline, and align TRM's blockchain intelligence platform with mission needs.

Day‑1 TS/SCI with Full-Scope Poly is required; US citizenship is mandatory. You will lead renewals, expansions, and complex procurements, building trusted partnerships across program leadership and contract vehicles while maintaining a 12‑month plan

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph on Day 1; US citizenship required.
• 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales into IC/DoD, or 4+ years with domain knowledge in customer mission.
• Pre-existing named Maryland account relationships.
• Proven track record closing six- to seven-figure government deals.
• Strong discovery, storytelling, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete account relationship—map stakeholders from analysts to leadership, identify mission priorities, and position TRM’s platform as essential infrastructure.
• Lead all commercial activity: renewals, expansions into new programs, and new pipeline development.
