Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFRE strongly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of frontline fundraising experience with a track record in major gifts.
• Proven success closing multi-year commitments and six-/seven-figure gifts.
• Experience managing national portfolios and collaborating across a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable donor management systems; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a national portfolio of major gift donors and prospects with revenue responsibility up to $1M+ annually.
• Develop and execute tailored discovery, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
• Secure major gifts, multi-year commitments, and tax-smart gifts.
• Maintain high-touch donor engagement across in-person, virtual, and written communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Donor Experience teams to align messaging and stewardship.
• Represent Komen at donor meetings and regional/national events.
