The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Senior Donor Advisor to advance our mission by managing a strategic portfolio of major donors and guiding cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.

Based in Florida with remote work, you will collaborate with leadership to grow six- and seven-figure gifts, monitor progress via CRM, and represent the organization at donor meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of fundraising with high-net-worth individuals.
• Bachelor’s degree; CFRE or advanced degree a plus.
• Proven success closing six- to seven-figure gifts.
• Strong strategic thinking and donor strategy development.
• Exceptional communication and high emotional intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of 100–125 major donors; cultivate and solicit gifts.
• Collaborate with leadership to build donor strategy and pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report progress against targets.
• Represent the Association at donor meetings and events.
• Travel regionally and nationally up to 50%.
