Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare sales experience, focused on Specialty sales - Dental/Vision/Voluntary.
• Ability to explain process elements and issues in detail during discussions.
• Persuasive presentation skills that demonstrate value and drive client purchases.
• Strong negotiation with internal/external clients for profitable wins.
• Understanding of business financials, products, and services.
• Active health/life insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements sales strategies to win large group accounts or government programs.
• Pursues new growth channels and identifies potential new clients in a territory.
• Increases sales and retention through high-influence activities.
• Manages complex negotiations and renewals to maximize revenue.
• Coordinates with clients to tailor a multi-product package.
• Cross-functions with internal teams and partners for end-to-end sales, installation, servicing and product development.
