Job summary

Cobalt Benefits Group is seeking a Self-Funded TPA National Account Executive to lead strategic engagement with our largest national clients. This executive-facing role collaborates with brokers and internal leaders to ensure service excellence, retention, and revenue growth.

You will present plan performance, trends, and insightful recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and drive renewal strategies while coordinating with the Sales and Underwriting teams. Travel up to 30–40% is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in national account management, strategic client services, or benefits consulting.
• Proven success engaging at the C-suite/executive level and presenting to senior leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of self-funded health plans, stop-loss, and large group benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary executive-facing contact for national account clients and their brokers.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior HR, finance, and benefits leaders.
• Lead quarterly/annual plan performance meetings with metrics, trends, and recommendations.
• Represent Cobalt at executive meetings, industry conferences, and client events.
