Job summary

Solidigm in Rancho Cordova, CA seeks a senior NAND Product/Test Development Engineer to lead burn-in and high-speed I/O test development, guiding cross-functional teams across Design, Process, Reliability, Manufacturing, and SSD engineering. You will influence product quality, reliability, and test cost while enabling industry-leading NAND solutions for AI-driven datacenter storage.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of NAND/memory product/test/reliability experience.
• Experience with burn-in, high-speed I/O testing, and manufacturing test optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead burn-in, reliability screening, and high-speed I/O test methods for NAND Flash products.
• Drive electrical validation, test coverage improvement, yield enhancement, and test cost reduction.
• Lead root cause investigations of complex test/product failures with statistical analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide technical leadership for new product introduction, test program development, qualification, and ramp.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Design, Process, Reliability, Manufacturing, OSAT, and SSD teams.
• Mentor junior engineers on test methodology, failure analysis, data interpretation, and problem solving.
• Define and drive backend test roadmap initiatives, including test time reduction and next-generation test tech deployment.
• Work with SSD teams to enable NAND component and SSD system co-optimization for quality.
