Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is expanding its sales team across the US and Canada. As Named Account Executive, you drive growth for both project-based engagements and ongoing marketing services, collaborating with SDRs, strategists and leadership to win high-value business and expand accounts.

You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, generate new business, and manage complex multi-stakeholder deals in a primarily remote environment across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Generate new business while growing existing client relationships.
• Lead consultative discovery, solution development and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage complex deals with multiple decision makers.
• Partner with SDRs to convert warm leads into opportunities.
• Deliver compelling virtual presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and support legal and procurement processes.
