Job summary

Oxoid Remel Microbiology is seeking a Senior Manager, North America Planning and Supply Chain to lead end-to-end planning and supply chain operations across North America. The role centers on our Lenexa, KS manufacturing hub producing thousands of SKUs, directing demand and aligning supply with growth targets.

You will drive demand planning, create robust supply and production plans, manage sourcing and materials control, and partner across functions to optimize inventory and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or MS preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of demand/supply planning and MRP processes.
• Experience with weekly production planning and S&OP.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America supply chain functions and performance.
• Develop demand forecasts to optimize inventory levels.
• Create supply plans (RCCP, mid-term, weekly schedules).
• Oversee sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate materials planning and inventory control.
• Manage distribution, logistics, and transportation.
• Monitor budget and drive cost reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Support growth of the microbiology division with steady supply.
