Justia, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to support our North American operations. The role focuses on high-volume commercial contract negotiation and providing strategic legal guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

The position can be based in New York or Los Angeles and is Hybrid, requiring scheduled office days. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, content, technology, and privacy to enable business growth while mitigating legal risk.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. bar membership (NY or CA preferred, in-house NY registration required).
• 4–6 years of professional legal experience with emphasis on commercial contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high-volume of commercial contracts in North America.
• Advise on legal risks and provide strategic business guidance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Content, Technology, and Privacy teams to enable contract execution and risk mitigation.
• Develop standardized templates and improve contract processes.
