Todyl, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the MXDR team, owning SLA attainment, response quality, and partner outcomes across day, evening, and overnight shifts.

This is a people-leadership role with two senior practitioners beside you; some team members are in-office while others work remotely from multiple sites. You will coordinate with Detection Engineering and Threat Intelligence to guide security direction and investment, while maintaining strong cross-functional communication with

Qualifications

• 7+ years in security operations, incident response or detection and response.
• 3+ years managing security or technical teams with 10+ people.
• Distributed, 24/7 leadership across sites and shifts.
• Advanced industry certifications preferred; bachelor’s degree required.
• Domain knowledge of SOCs, alerts, hunts and case management.
• Delivery discipline with track record leading teams through incidents.
• Experience running AI in production security workflows.
• Cross-functional influence and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: manage MXDR team including DRAMs and analysts.
• Coverage & Scheduling: approve shifts, PTO, rotation management.
• Developing Leads: build Leads and bench behind them.
• Service Delivery: define SLA and ensure output quality; manage alert-to-case lifecycle.
• Production Ownership: run incident reviews and enforce detection quality.
• AI in Security Operations: determine AI triage and tuning placements.
• Security Organization Direction: align with engineering and platform teams.
• Partner Escalation: act as escalation backstop for DRAMs.
