Responsibilities

• Lead and develop MDR Team Leads and analysts, setting clear expectations and building an inclusive, high-performing team.
• Drive operational health through data, workload balancing, and quality reviews.
• Act as senior escalation point for customer-impacting situations and complex investigations.
