Job summary

LAUKOA on-site in New London, CT seeks a Program Manager to lead the contract’s on-site performance at the National Coast Guard Museum. You will direct contractor workforce execution, quality control, staffing, reporting, and contract administration while preserving government authority over policy and safety.

The candidate will oversee daily operations, supervise personnel, handle hiring and onboarding, and coordinate with the CO and COR to ensure program success and compliance with museum

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree requirement in a related field.
• Seven+ years of leadership in a museum or nonprofit environment; manage personnel and budgets.
• Experience with program management, workforce supervision, quality control, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day contractor administration, visitor services, guidance, education support, ITAV support, exhibit maintenance, and event support.
• Supervise contractor personnel and manage hiring, onboarding, schedules, performance, retention, training, and corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison to CO and COR for contract performance, status, risks, invoicing, staffing, and records.
