Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Orlando, Estero, and Tampa.

You will manage design and construction delivery, serve as primary client contact, and oversee budgets and schedules to ensure quality outcomes. The role requires a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree, Florida PE license, 6+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to mentor staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Florida PE license required.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience delivering technical and business presentations.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and mentor staff.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for major municipal clients.
• Market existing and potential clients and assist in proposals.
• Prepare and manage project budgets using PM tools.
• Lead planning, evaluation, and selection of design options for teams.
• Perform design calculations, analyses, and reports.
• Provide construction-phase services including site visits and meetings.
• Ensure quality documentation and compliance across deliverables.
• Review specifications and drawings for design modifications.
• Coordinate work to be safe, timely, and cost-effective.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop clients and proposals.
