Job summary

Jacobs in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Senior Water Project Manager to lead municipal water projects, develop client relationships, and guide cross-functional teams through all project phases. The role emphasizes delivery excellence, safety, and quality while expanding the client base in the water sector.

A PE license and 8+ years of PM experience are expected, with a hybrid work arrangement nationwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible Project Management experience with Water Resources, Environmental, and related water market projects and municipal consulting.
• Strong understanding of project delivery tools and metrics, and a proven history leading project delivery teams to successfully meet client expectations.
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in the creation and procurement of new and repeat consulting work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Play a leadership role in business development activities resulting in new contracts.
• Contribute to development of Water Market Strategy to deliver leading-edge solutions and expand the client base.
• Demonstrate accountability for projects, health and safety, quality, and risk management; mentor junior staff.
