Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire.
• 8+ years of professional water resources engineering experience.
• Experience designing and leading water-related projects.
• Proven ability to lead preparation of plans, specs, cost estimates, and reports.
• Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform design engineering and oversee design staff on water projects.
• Quality control, client development, and proposal preparation.
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams and partner with clients to meet schedules and budgets.
• Support sales pursuits for water-related projects and advance business development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
