Job summary

T. Lowell Construction, Inc. seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee multiple underground utility construction projects.

You will lead field operations, collaborating with Foremen, Project Managers and fellow Superintendents to drive safety, quality and efficiency on site. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and sound judgment with willingness to travel between Colorado project sites.

Qualifications

• Significant civil construction experience including underground water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage systems.
• Experience as a Superintendent overseeing multiple projects, foremen and field crews.
• Ability to lead and develop foremen while maintaining accountability for field performance.
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, specifications, methods, equipment and OSHA safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations across multiple projects through Foremen to ensure schedule, budget, safety and quality goals.
• Lead, coach and develop Foremen to promote accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and field schedules to maintain productivity and meet milestones.
• Reinforce safe work practices and quality standards and address deficiencies with corrective actions.
